Clean, quiet and well equipped apartment, comfy bed and sleeping couch. Different supermarkets, tube stations and bus stops all reachable in few minutes by walking - position is just perfect, and even if you don't have a lot of time in London, you'll manage to see and enjoy lots of attractions. Easy and flawless check-in even after hours if you follow the clear instructions they'll send you.

Disgusting smack head hotel stole my money and wouldn’t let me stay as someone stole the room key from the key box and there’s no staff either and they wanted me to stay in the car park in my car til morning what an absolute joke

No staff there no key for room and the residents who live there told me it’s a migrant hotel and most have been there months and I’m not the only person who’s had to sleep in a car for this same reason and cnt get a refund for not staying it’s a disgrace

Only slight issue I had was no one came in to make up the room, or replace toilet rolls and tea, coffee & milk so we had to buy are own, It would be great if there was a sign you could hang on door handles saying ‘please make up my room’ or ‘do not disturb’ or a cleaning rota staff could check off daily.
