Rembert man accused of fondling teen on several occasions

SUMTER COUNTY, SC (WIS) - A Rembert man is accused of fondling a 15-year-old on several occasions last month.
Demetrius Nelson, 34, of Rembert, is charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor. He was arrested by Sumter County Sheriff's deputies.
According to the arrest report, Nelson is accused of touching the teen inappropriately several times at a Sumter County home in July while the girl's mother was not at home.
The arrest report says the alleged victim "knew Nelson had been to prison before and she allowed him to fondle her on all five occasions because she didn't want him to get in trouble."
The report also says one incident occurred while the teen's siblings were in another room.
