I got into a big farm investment on the Big Island of Hawaii and got over my head.  Thanks to Rachel who was able to cleverly manage a VERY complicated Real Estate transaction and whom quite literally saved my family.  Hawaiian transactions are MUCH more complicated then mainland especially with owner carry loans.  If you attempt to purchase property in Hawaii I highly recommend you work with Rachel.

Absolutely the best.  I've purchased many properties in the past and have never been so impressed.  Buying a home while living on the mainland is stressful!  When a friend of mine recommended Rachel, he told me she was the finest.  I was not disappointed.  When I arrived on the island, Rachel knew I had very little time to view and select a home I liked.  After just a few questions about what my preferences were, she was able to send me listing ahead of time.  Amazingly I selected the first house we visited.  Rachel was able to negotiate a better price and gave me her word that I would get a home and I did within 45 days.  She made the process much easier than what I had been through and time before.  

There are many things that impress me about Rachel as a Realtor!  Her spontaneity, her enthusiasm, her unqualified support in all aspects of the selling of my property earlier this year.

It was winter season in Hawaii, and that could mean rainy weather.  I knew the property boundaries had been staked and that there was no reason to pay for an additional survey.  The day we picked to walk the boundary lines, it started pouring rain.  She arrived fully prepared in boots and together we found the four corners, she photographed the boundary pins, and I was very impressed with her perseverance and good humor.  She is knowledgeable, has creative and brilliant ideas, and is very available when anything comes up to be handled.  I highly recommend her as a listing agent!
