The Company:
Most patience, honest, and understanding moving company I've ever experienced! And that's based on 21+ years in the military have my fair share of good and bad moving companies. We had to adjust our storage timeline so many times I was continually impressed by their understanding. I don't see myself using or recommending any other moving company. The prices were great for high quality service!

The Crew:
We had Rafael and Crew but Alfredo was the real leader. lol I absolutely have only positive things to say about Alfredo and crew. They picked up and dropped off our 4 MOVITS containers. We packed our items and they took care of the rest! They carefully took all of our furniture apart as if it were their own and used the same care when putting it back together. If I had to move again, I'd by-name request this crew!

I sold my home and needed a trusted mover, so I called 3 Men Movers because I had used them several years before. Both the packing team and the moving team did an excellent job and I will whole-heartedly recommend this company to anyone needing packing and moving services. I will definitely use them when my new residence is ready for me to move in. Here are some of the details worth noting:

On Monday February 26 of 2024, Anahi Venegas and her 2 assistants came to pack all of my items from my kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and closets. I have a great deal of items and they did it all in one day and put it in a ready mode for the movers the next morning. On Tuesday morning, Jossue Menjivar and his two helpers were at my home right on time. They carefully loaded all the boxes and dismantled the beds, mirrors, paintings and everything else. They wrapped everything including mattresses very carefully and they were finished shortly before Noon. They them took everything to my temp. storage organized it so I could get to any items I might need before my new residence is ready. Nothing was scratched, dented or damaged in any way. Both teams were extremely careful with my belongings.

We've moved with 3 men movers before. It was ano brainer that we would chose them again but this time I realized just how great they are! They are efficient, prompt, and the men who work here are very kind and professional.

We had an appointment for Friday and they came and got the job done without incident. However, by Saturday evening we realized we still had a huge undertaking before we would be done moving. In a panic, we called Saturday evening for movers the following morning... which also happened to be Super Bowl Sunday. It was so easy to make a last minute appointment and the men came back the next morning to help us get out. I can not thank them enough!

If you need solid, trustworthy movers... 3 Men Movers is the way to go! Worth every dime and more.

On 4/29/24, I hired movers to move 5 items a few miles. The movers placed items on top of a table in our garage without permission. The table had wet paint and was drying, so the wrongly placed items damaged both our table now needing a new paint job, and the items placed on top of it.

The invoice was also calculated wrong. The rate I signed up for was doubled. A 50% discount was indicated on the invoice, but they only subtracted $50 instead of 50%. They added a $99 travel fee without telling me about it, and charged for 2 hours dispute the salesperson specifically telling me there was not a 2 hour limit (I chose 3 Mens bc I was told they didn't have a minimum bc the other mover I was considering did have a 2 hr. minimum.). The move took less than an hour. The invoice was for $467 when it should have been for $134.50, including a tip.

When I called to try to fix it, I was sent a claims form for the damaged table and they said it would take up to 90 days to investigate and respond to it. I was forwarded three times about the invoice issue, and they refused to change it. They said they'd call me back about it but haven't yet as of the completion of this complaint.

We had two beds and frames, two desks, two 60+in flat screens, a cubby, and coffee table along with other little things we boxed up. Such a smooth transition and worth the price.

Geo Andino and his crew were very fast and accommodating to our needs as far as moving our furniture in the middle of a bad rain storm. They wrapped all the furniture and made sure it would all stay dry. Thanks again for the amazing job! .

We have used 3 Men Movers -Houston three times in the last 10 years. Each time the experience just gets better and better. Bulmaro, Jose, and David did an exceptional job on this last move. From start to finish, the whole experience was executed flawlessly and on a level of professionalism that needs to be recognized with this review. Not one piece furniture was harmed during the entire process.

We moved from the Gulf Coast to North Texas just recently. They were scheduled to be there at 7AM, and they got to the moving site at 6:30.
They did an excellent job, taking great care of fragile items like antiques and china sets. Jorge and the guys were very knowledgeable movers, that moved a 7 piece barrister bookcase with remarkable expertise and ease. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place and where we wanted, when it was time to unload. Extreme customer service driven environment. We will not be using anyone else's services.

Movers broke my dresser, hid the info from me, and left without any acknowledgement. Astonishingly terrible service, not to be trusted. Will never recommend to any friends or family

I've utilized this service twice now, and each time they've been punctual, excellent communicators, and set clear expectations.
